By accessing or using Fujisan.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fujisan.AI is a subscription-based Japanese language learning platform that provides:
- Structured learning content for JLPT N5-N1 levels
- Spiral learning method with weakness-focused training
- Practice questions and mock tests
- Progress tracking and analytics
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Free Trial: 7 days with full access. Credit card required.
- Basic Plan: $7.99 USD/month or $47.99 USD/year
- Standard Plan: $14.99 USD/month or $89.99 USD/year
- Premium Plan: $29.99 USD/month or $179.99 USD/year
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
- Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then.
6. Refund Policy
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce content from the Service
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Use automated tools to access the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, and software, is owned by TORAIZ Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES OR JLPT EXAM RESULTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORAIZ INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.
