1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fujisan.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fujisan.AI is a subscription-based Japanese language learning platform available as a website and an Android application. It provides structured learning content for JLPT N5-N1 levels, practice questions, mock tests, AI conversation practice with voice input, daily reading, and progress tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial. A valid credit card or Google Play payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.
• Web Payments: Subscriptions on the website are processed by Stripe.
• Android App Payments: Subscriptions in the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing. Pricing may vary by region.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Renewal continues until you cancel through your account settings (web) or Google Play subscriptions (Android).
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, including during the free trial period. Cancel through your account settings (web) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). Access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Refund Policy

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Share your account with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce content from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by TORAIZ Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES OR JLPT EXAM RESULTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORAIZ INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.

13. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Renewal continues indefinitely until you cancel through your account settings (web) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for each renewal cycle.
