1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fujisan.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fujisan.AI is a subscription-based Japanese language learning platform that provides structured learning content for JLPT N5-N1 levels, practice questions, mock tests, AI conversation practice, and progress tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Free Trial: Full access with no credit card required. Trial duration may vary.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Refund Policy

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Share your account with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce content from the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by TORAIZ Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES OR JLPT EXAM RESULTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORAIZ INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.
